This is going back to the beginning of February, 2018 when I was visiting Paris on business. My first day of meetings was off to a good start with a nice Moroccan lunch meeting but by late afternoon when I had come back to my hotel neighborhood, we were starting to see snow accumulate, an unusual phenomenon in Paris. The Tuileries Garden across from my hotel looked very pretty but later from my hotel window, it was starting to look more serious as the night wore on.
